Responsibilities

Here's a sample of our open positions:

• Senior Executive Assistant - Provides high-level expertise and assistance to assigned C-Suite executives (Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Financial Officer), ensuring effective communication and management of day-to-day departmental operations. This role will also provide support to department VPs, varying from clerical and administrative support to complex project support. This is a hybrid position, with 2-3 days/week at our corporate HQ in north Phoenix
• Instructor - Aviation Maintenance - Bring your expertise in shaping the next generation of skilled aircraft technicians at our Avondale campus.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager - Lead our experimentation team as you work together to drive continuous improvement through innovative testing and optimization of our digital presence. This is a remote position but must live in the greater Phoenix area since in-person attendance at meetings at our corporate HQ in north Phoenix may be required.
• HVAC Instructor - Are you an expert in the HVAC-R industry and ready to inspire the next generation of learners? Join us at our Avondale campus as an HVAC Instructor and help shape the future!
• Instructor - Auto/Diesel - Share your expertise and passion for the world of Auto and Diesel technology with budding mechanics and technicians. Be a driving force in the education of our students! Part-time and full-time roles available.
• Financial Aid Advisor (remote) - Assist students in obtaining financial aid; at least 2 years of Financial Aid experience preferred.
• Contact Center Supervisor - This is a dynamic in-person supervisory role at our corporate HQ in north Phoenix. Lead a team of appointments specialists and help them achieve their goals! Must have at least 2 years of experience leading an outbound sales team in a call center environment.
