      Req#: 210455005

Chase Travel is hiring an experienced Photo Editor to join its editorial content team. You will be selecting, retouching and organizing photos, and photographing hotels, resorts and destinations, as needed.

The ideal candidate has been a photo editor at a digital publication, has expert-level proficiency with photo editing software (including Photoshop) and has experience managing large content libraries. Given that this role will also require photographing hotels and destinations on occasion, experience as a professional photographer, including hotel and travel photography experience, is a must. This role reports to the VP of Content Operations for Chase Travel.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Select, retouch and organize photos of hotels and destinations to appear across various Chase Travel content products.
      • Work closely with the VP of Content Operations to integrate and oversee a comprehensive, tag-based asset-management system that’s accessible across the Chase Travel team.
      • Photograph hotels, resorts and destinations, as required.
      • Serve as a primary point of contact for our photo and video studio partner.

      Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

      • 5+ years as a photo editor at a digital publication.
      • 2+ years of experience as a professional photographer, with hotel and travel photography examples to share during a portfolio review.
      • Familiarity with various interchangeable-lens camera systems.
      • Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and asset-management software.
      • Highly organized and detail-oriented; can manage multiple projects at once, and deliver under tight deadlines independently.
      • Able to travel often, both domestically and internationally, for hotel and destination photography.

      Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

      • Bachelor’s degree.
