What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage end-to-end physical security projects, including hardware and software installations
- Administer software systems to monitor and troubleshoot security systems
- Handle service calls and prioritize repairs, supporting security integrators with complex system failures
- Analyze and process physical security invoices for accuracy and manage vendor relationships
- Monitor and resolve after-hours security incidents as part of an on-call rotation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience in criminal justice or information technology
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in physical security systems management and project management
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for electronic security systems
- Ability to engage with internal departments and external vendors effectively
- Knowledge of security systems including alarms, access control, and network video recorders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in criminal justice or information technology
- AAP or PSP Certification
- Experience with vendor management and invoice dispute resolution
- Familiarity with compliance programs and regulations in security management
- Previous experience in a security-related role
