      This multi-faceted security position will be responsible for all aspects of Physical/Technical Security while also providing COMSEC program support. The candidate will have overall knowledge of RTX Cityline physical facilities, programs, and systems, in order to ensure proper support of the facility/programs. They will also provide administrative support which includes access control systems, supporting all government annual inspections for classified programs, proactively identifying & resolving ongoing issues in advance of inspections, and providing support to Badge & ID, as needed.

      What You Will Do

      • Provides physical and technical security guidance to internal/external customers and interfaces with various government agencies to obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations.
      • Responsible for preparing Fixed Facility Checklists (FFCs), obtaining site accreditations, and maintaining requirements of UL 2050.
      • Provides administrative support which includes overseeing access control systems, supporting all government annual inspections for classified programs, proactively identifies and resolves ongoing issues in advance of inspections.
      • Maintain up-to-date records of COMSEC inventory and submit required accounting reports IAW policies and procedures.
      • Develop and conduct COMSEC training and materials.

      Qualifications You Must Have

      • A University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
      • Active and transferable U.S. government issued TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
      • Minimum of 1 year related Physical/Technical Security work experience
      • Experience with access control, intrusion detection (UL 2050), surveillance and camera systems
      • Must be able to lift and move 25-pound objects

      Qualifications We Prefer

      • Experience with physical construction (ICD 705) of Secure Areas
      • Experience with CCure 9000 system
      • Experience as a COMSEC Responsible Officer.

      • Please consider the following role type definition as you apply for this role. Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

      The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
