      About the Role
      As a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:
      • Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function.
      • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, modalities, and activities to assist in their recovery.
      • Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any significant changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
      • Encourage and motivate patients to meet their rehabilitation goals while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

      Altercare of Hartville:
      Hartville is a facility with 95 beds that provides comprehensive care tailored to residents' needs. The staff prides itself on delivering compassionate care in a welcoming environment.
      What We Offer
      • Carry out treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist, focusing on improving patients’ ability to perform daily tasks.
      • Assist patients with therapeutic activities, including exercises, cognitive training, and use of adaptive equipment.
      • Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the supervising Occupational Therapist for plan adjustments.
      • Foster a supportive and engaging environment to encourage patients' participation in therapy.
      Qualifications
      • Licensed in the state of Ohio (or eligible to obtain licensure).
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
