What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make determinations of medical necessity/clinical appropriateness of treatment
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinical policy, guidelines, and applications
- Regularly contact providers to ensure quality and regulatory compliance
- Implement utilization management and healthcare affordability initiatives
- Support various health plan structures including Medicare, Medicaid, and Workers Compensation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current and Unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in your state of residence
- 5+ years of experience in adult orthopedic environment and/or pediatric outpatient setting
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of practice guidelines, office procedures, and scope of practice
- Ability to interpret guidelines and research in the context of Physical Therapy practice

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of clinical experience performing case review
- Experience in both pediatric and orthopedic outpatient settings
- Experience in a managed care environment
