  As a Physical Therapist you will be responsible for a continuum of services providing care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic and other physicallyrelated disorders requiring mobility training, strengthening, modalities, specialized manual therapy and neuromuscular reeducation. While utilizing rehab process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of our patients, you will assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.

  What You Bring/Job Requirements

  In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred
  • Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred
  • Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy required
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, preferred
  • Current Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist required
  • BLS through the American Heart Association required

  Physical Requirements-Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly

  St. Elizabeth Hospital, located in Fort Morgan, Colorado, is a Level 3 Trauma Center and an American College of Cardiology Accredited Chest Pain Center serving northeastern Colorado. Providing care through-out the region, St. Elizabeth Hospital provides cardiology, maternal, emergency, surgical, pediatrics, and acute care inpatient services in addition to the multitude of subspecialists in our specialty clinic.

  At 50 beds, St. Elizabeth is the region’s referral center serving a wide span of northeastern Colorado. While recently becoming a part of Centura, St. Elizabeth has been in the community since 1952 and has been living out its mission since day one. St. Elizabeth resides in Morgan County which is one of the most diverse counties in Colorado speaking more than 28 languages.

  Pay Range

  $33.43 - $56.79 / hour
