      Full-time physical therapist position in a 25-bed critical access hospital managing a diverse caseload of ED, acute and short-term skilled therapy patients. Primary responsibilities are to provide rehab on the swing bed unit with occasional outpatient PT. New 20 bed hospital scheduled to open in 2027.

Independent caseload management with schedule flexibility with a priority placed on work-life balance. Join an experienced healthcare team in a supportive environment. Coordinate treatment with OT, SLP, Nursing, and Hospitalist Physician group staff, as well as participate in daily rounds and weekly care plan meetings. Collaborate with case management for optimal admission candidates. Continuing education and clinical ladder available to expand and acknowledge clinical skills and advancements. Mentorship and onboarding programs are part of our orientation process to ensure success of new staff members.

      Qualifications:

      NC PT license. Broad base of clinical skills. Self-directed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Dedicated to providing excellent patient care and outstanding customer service. SNF experience preferred.
