      Qualifications

      Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation). Required
      Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs as required. Required


      Licenses & Certifications

      • CPR certification. Required
      • Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy. Required
