      Position: Physical Therapist - Ortho/Oncology

      Location: Willis, TX

      Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday

      Compensation: $74,000 - $95,000 (experience pending)

      Incentives: $20K sign on bonus and student loan repayment plan

      Our Willis Select Physical Therapy center is looking for a compassionate and driven licensed Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care experiences. Our highly trained and respected physical therapy team provides preventative and rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. We utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment and manual therapy techniques to create individualized treatment plans that help each patient achieve their specific goals.       For individuals interested in serving the oncology population, seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team, who provide rehabilitative services to help improve quality of life for people affected by cancer. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse patient population, which must be completed within the first 6-12 months of employment. This is an emerging ReVital clinic - your caseload would include a mix of orthopedics and some oncology rehabilitation. Strong candidates will have a desire to grow the oncology population alongside the ReVital Program Director.

      Responsibilities

      • Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
      • Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
      • Complete and maintain required trainings
      • Maintain compliance with government regulations
      • Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

      Qualifications

      Minimum Requirements:

      • Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
      • Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
      • CPR certified

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Interest in cancer rehabilitation
