    Key Responsibilities

    • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations to determine patients’ physical capabilities and rehabilitation needs.
    • Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans to meet specific patient goals, including frequency and type of interventions.
    • Implement and Monitor Treatment: Oversee therapy sessions, monitor patient progress, and adjust plans as needed.
    • Patient Education: Provide guidance to patients and their families on treatment goals, adaptive equipment, and self-management strategies.
    • Discharge Planning: Assist patients with seamless transitions post-therapy, offering expert recommendations for ongoing recovery.

    You Have:

    • Maine State Physical Therapy Licensure: A valid Maine State license to practice as a Physical Therapist is required.
    • Commitment to Excellence: A passion for ongoing learning, adaptability to new practices, and the drive to grow both professionally and personally within a collaborative team environment.
    • Strong Communication Skills: The ability to connect with patients, families, and team members, ensuring clarity and compassion in every interaction.
    • Openness to Growth: An interest in expanding your expertise or developing new skills to enhance your practice and impact.
