- Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation.
- Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery.
- Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patient progress
- Record and document patient care services.
- Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care.
- PT License required.
- Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other preferred
- Ability to handle physical workload.

What we offer:
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $80K - $110K annually. Salary ranges are based on a per visit rate and the clinician capacity for caseload volume.

Qualifications
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
1 . Possesses a degree from a baccalaureate or masters program in physical therapy approved by an accredited organization.
2. Licensed to practice as physical therapist within the state, if applicable.
3. Two years of appropriate experience as a physical therapist. Community/home health experience is preferred.
4. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization skills.
5, Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
6. Licensed driver with automobile that is in good working order and insured in accordance with the organization requirements.About the company
