- Provide services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease
- Restore, maintain, and promote overall fitness and health.
- Examine patients’ medical histories and then test and measure the patients’ strength, range of motion, balance and coordination, posture, muscle performance, respiration, and motor function
- Develop appropriate treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 years’ experience required (this requirement will be waived with a strong recommendation from an acute care or outpatient clinical affiliation)
- Current valid NJ State Physical Therapy license
- Maintain American Heart Association Basic Life Support HCP Certification
- Master’s degree or PhD in Physical Therapy
- 2 years’ experience
- Experience with electronic health records

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
