      Responsibilities

      As a PRN Physical Therapist (PT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

      • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans

      • Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants

      • Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff to deliver whole-person care

      • Ensure documentation and productivity standards are met

      • Be a trusted rehab partner for residents and their families

      Qualifications

      • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

      • Active Ohio PT license

      • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before start)

      • Availability for flexible weekday and/or weekend coverage

      • Bonus: Experience in geriatric rehab, SNF, or post-acute settings
