      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform patient assessments and order necessary tests to develop accurate care plans
      - Triage patients to appropriate care levels and communicate clinical information effectively
      - Document clinical care timely and accurately, ensuring compliance with billing protocols
      - Utilize telehealth equipment proficiently to deliver high-quality patient care
      - Conduct education sessions to enhance patient and family understanding of health conditions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - PA or APRN degree from an accredited institution with national certification
      - Current licensure as PA or APRN in the state of practice; eligibility for licensure in other states as needed
      - Minimum of three years of PA/APRN clinical experience in a relevant setting
      - Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort on camera

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Five years of clinical experience as a PA/APRN in a relevant setting
      - Additional relevant clinical competencies or experience
      - Experience with telehealth technology or similar platforms
      - Familiarity with documentation in the employer's EMR system
