- Work 30 hours average per week, Monday - Wednesday receiving full time benefits.

- Clinic positions require a two-week training period, during which you will travel to various clinics in the area. Your schedule during training may differ from your standard clinic schedule.
- Depending on the position and associated requirements, there may be additional mandatory training requirements that are outside of your scheduled shift.u00A0
- Salary Range: $114,000 - $127,900 per year, plus bonus potential and shift pay.
- Salary is based on a 30-hour work week.
- This range is approximately equivalent to $73 - 82 per hour.
- May be eligible for Sign-On Bonus or Relocation Assistance.u00A0

- Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, 3 10 hour shifts
- Provide a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostic, wellness exams and procedures.
- Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model.
- Provide evidence-based medical care.
- Practice confidently with on-demand access to a Physician.
- Physician Assistant: Masteru2019s degree in Physician Assistant studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing u2013 Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.u00A0
- Experience seeing patients of all ages.
- Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
- Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.

- Standing for long periods of time.
- Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.u00A0

- Clinical timelines and work volume / deadlines may require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.
