      Responsibilities

      • Provide comprehensive primary care services, including wellness visits, chronic disease management, and acute care.
      • Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
      • Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
      • Participate in care planning, patient education, and preventive health initiatives.

      Qualifications

      • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
      • Current NCCPA certification
      • Active or eligible for South Carolina PA licensure
      • Experience in primary care/internal medicine preferred, but new grads with strong clinical rotations will be considered
      • Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
