What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide essential medical care, including conducting physicals, diagnosing illnesses, and prescribing treatments
- Manage patient care and maintain accurate medical records
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to support patient health management
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery
- Serve as a healthcare resource and advocate for patients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current PA licensure with the State Medical Board
- Current BLS certification or ability to obtain it within the first 30 days of employment
- National certification (NCCPA)
- Previous experience in orthopedics or a related field is preferred

- Strong clinical skills in conducting physicals and performing minor procedures
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of medical terminology and diagnostic procedures
