- Work 34 hours per week receiving full time benefits. Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday.

- Clinic positions require you to attend 2-3 weeks of training. The first week will be at your primary location and partially remote, the second and third weeks include traveling to multiple clinics in the area.u00A0
Depending on the position and associated requirements, there may be additional mandatory training requirements that are outside of your scheduled shift. - Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000 per year plus bonus potential and shift pay.
- This range is approximately equivalent to $73 - 82 per hour
- Sign on Bonus or Relocation Assistance Eligible up to $30,000
- Provide a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostic, wellness exams and procedures.
- Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model.
- Provide evidence-based medical care.
- Practice confidently with on-demand access to a Physician.
- Physician Assistant Masteru2019s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing u2013 Family Nurse Practitioner
- Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.u00A0
- Experience seeing patients of all ages.
- Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.

- Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.

- Clinical timelines and work volume / deadlines may require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.
