- Join a team of 6 established and well-respected primary care physicians
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals
- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm with flexible schedule
- Call responsibilities: one week, once or twice a year
- Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services
- Advance practice provider, nurse, and medical assistant support
- Clinic within NM Multispecialty building with Immediate Care Center
- Hospital privileges at NM Lake Forest Hospital
- EPIC electronic health system
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution
- Board-eligible or certified in Internal Medicine
- Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure

Job Description
Northwestern Medicine Health Network is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Vernon Hills, IL, located in the northern suburbs of Chicago.
As an Internal Medicine physician in our practice, you will provide specialized care for adult patients and manage a wide range of chronic diseases and complex conditions. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on patients’ lives while working in a supportive and collaborative environment that maintains work-life balance.
