What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform comprehensive audits to ensure coding and billing integrity
- Identify and correct documentation, coding, and billing errors
- Research and apply federal guidelines and compliance standards
- Develop and execute educational opportunities for providers based on audit results and regulatory changes
- Lead provider education events to discuss audit results and action plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED or equivalent training or experience
- Licenses & Certifications: AAPC Certified Professional Coder, AAPC Certified Professional Medical Auditor, AHIMA Certified Coding Specialist-Physician-based
- Prior Physician Coding & Auditing, Revenue Cycle, or billing experience
- CPC-Certified Professional Coder and/or CCS-P-Certified Coding Specialist-Physician required upon hire
- CPMA-Certified Professional Medical Auditor required within 1 year of hire
- Minimum 2 years of professional E&M coding experience and 2 years of E&M provider education experience
- Strong knowledge of E&M regulations and CMS Documentation Guidelines
- Proficient in ICD10CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
