      Role Overview:

      As a Psychiatrist at Tapestry 360 Health, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive psychiatric and behavioral health care. You will manage patients with a wide range of mental health conditions, focusing on culturally competent and trauma-informed care. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring continuity of care through preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services.       Key Responsibilities:

      1. Comprehensive Psychiatric Care : Assess and diagnose a wide range of psychiatric conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy.
      2. Integrated Care : Collaborate with primary care providers, behavioral health specialists, and support staff to ensure integrated care across disciplines.
      3. Patient Education: Provide mental health education and counseling to patients and their families to support informed care decisions and enhance treatment adherence.
      4. Crisis Intervention : Offer timely support for patients in psychiatric crises, providing immediate assessments and interventions as needed.
      5. Supervision & Leadership : Supervise and mentor a team of psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and support staff.
      6. Documentation & Compliance : Ensure thorough and accurate documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system while adhering to state and federal regulations.
      7. Community Engagement : Participate in community health initiatives to promote mental health awareness and expand access to care .

      Qualifications

      1. Education : MD or DO from an accredited medical school, with Board Certification (or eligibility) in Psychiatry.
      2. Licensure : Active Illinois medical license and DEA certification.
      3. Experience : Experience in community health, trauma-informed care, or working with diverse and underserved populations is preferred.
      4. Skills : Strong diagnostic, communication, and leadership skills with a commitment to culturally competent care.

      Salary and Benefits:

      1. Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $180,000.00 to $250,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.
      2. Benefits: Tapestry 360 Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, retirement savings plans, paid time off, continuing education support, and eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.
