      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Follow up with commercial, governmental, and other payers to resolve claim payment issues
      - Analyze denials, payment variances, and no response claims, and draft technical and clinical appeals
      - Communicate directly with payers to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement
      - Maintain a thorough understanding of federal and state regulations and payer-specific requirements
      - Document all activities accurately in the client’s host system and track relevant information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
      - Excellent verbal communication skills
      - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
      - Ability to meet quality and productivity standards within set timelines
      - Must adhere to required attendance policies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 or 4-year college degree
      - 1 or more years of relevant experience in medical collections or revenue cycle management
      - Knowledge of claims review and analysis
      - Experience with the DDE Medicare system and payer websites
      - Familiarity with medical terminology and/or insurance claim terminology
