Job summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual, who shares our core values, to work as a Physiotherapy Administration and Clerical support officer within our Outpatient Physiotherapy service. The role will primarily work in either our centralised administration hub at Cardiff Royal Infirmary or University Hospital of Wales. They may also provide occasional support to our other Physiotherapy outpatient department in Barry Hospital.
The post holder will be part of a friendly and supportive team working in a busy Outpatient service. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this post. Previous experience of working in a clerical role is advantageous and we offer a full induction programme, on the job training, regular appraisal and opportunities for development.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicants will provide administration and clerical support to the Outpatient Physiotherapy service, these duties include, call handling, working with data entry processes, waiting list management, reception desk roles, as well as contributing to the general running of the departments.
