Job summary
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our community teams in Wrexham and Flintshire as Band 3 Technical Instructors working with patients diagnosed as having dementia
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and proactive physiotherapy department providing interventions both independently and as part of a team. Relevant experience within a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is desired.
You will help complete patient-centered physiotherapy plans to optimise an individual's independence and improve their overall rehabilitation whilst working with them in their own homes
You will be supported in your development within the role through regular supervision and training.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate needs to be able to work well alone and as part of a team.
They need to have good communication skills, be confident, friendly and approachable and able to work flexibly.
Training and ongoing development will be available from a supportive, established team in a beautiful part of the UK.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
