      How to contribute to our vision

      We are looking for a self-driven Piccolo/Piccoline (m/f) to support our administration team in Vejle with a variety of tasks on a 1 year contract with start date 1st of August 2024.

      Being a Picco in Siemens Gamesa is an opportunity for you to develop your personal capabilities and build a professional and international network. You will get the chance to enhance your professional development and get relevant work experience in a global company.

      Your responsibilities will consist of:

      • Travel expenses for employees

      • Handling of fleet cars (booking & maintenance)

      • Lending of security equipment (PPE)

      • Keep meeting rooms and copy rooms in order

      • Support at front desk and Admin mailbox

      • Large print support for meetings/conferences

      • Ad hoc tasks, so everyday life is never the same

      What you need to make a difference

      Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone have a high school degree or similar and have a smiling and outgoing personality.

      To be successful in this role, you need/are:

      • You possess good IT skills and are eager to support colleagues when needed.

      • You are able to create and maintain overview in busy situations

      • You are a reliable, engaged and structured person with good collaboration skills.

      • Furthermore, you thrive in an intercultural environment and you are fluent in English both orally and in writing.

      • You own a drivers license B

      Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
