Our Aviation team is critical in transporting executive team members to various rail locations, customer meetings, conference engagements as well as personal travel domestically and internationally. Our exceptional fleet consists of a Gulfstream G-450 and a Gulfstream G280 that are impeccably maintained by our in-house maintenance staff and the OEM in Savannah, GA. We are extremely safety focused and proudly hold an IS-BAO Stage 3 certification in addition to nearly 80 years of safe Part 91 business aircraft operations.

Primary Activities and Responsibilities

• Provide the safe conduct of flights to meet the organizations travel requirements
• Operate under flight safety international guidelines
• Ensuring that preflight inspections are performed, preparing flight plans, using checklists, and performance charts.
• Complying with flight schedules, and other directives governing the aircraft's operation including decisions that dictate operating conditions
• Provide executive level customer service to passengers
• Complying with IS-BAO Stage 3
• Ancillary duties and activities as assigned by manager

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited institution in an aviation related field
• 5 or more years of Part 91 or 135 experience in Business Aviation
• Corporate Pilot Experience
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate, First Class FAA Medical Certificate
• 3000 hours total Time, 2000 hours jet, 1000 hours PIC Jet
• Ability to work on-call 24/7 and in flight within two hours of notification

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in an Aviation related field
• 10 or more years of Part 91 or 135 experience in Business Aviation
• 7000 hours total Time, 3000 hours jet, 2000 hours PIC Jet
• Recent International experience that includes north Atlantic operations
• G-450 (GV) typed or G280 typed and current
• Current Certificated Flight Instructor (CFI)

Job Requirements

• Available to report to work with two-hour advance notice
• Different shifts as assigned in a 24 hour/7 days a week operation (incl working weekends)
• Hours which include rotating on-call responsibilities which may be outside standard hours
• Required to complete a background check
• Work hours may vary in length and schedule (may include a non-standard work week)
