- Provide the safe conduct of flights to meet the organizations travel requirements
- Operate under flight safety international guidelines
- Ensuring that preflight inspections are performed, preparing flight plans, using checklists, and performance charts.
- Complying with flight schedules, and other directives governing the aircraft's operation including decisions that dictate operating conditions
- Provide executive level customer service to passengers
- Complying with IS-BAO Stage 3
- Ancillary duties and activities as assigned by manager
- Associates degree from an accredited institution in an aviation related field
- 5 or more years of Part 91 or 135 experience in Business Aviation
- Corporate Pilot Experience
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate, First Class FAA Medical Certificate
- 3000 hours total Time, 2000 hours jet, 1000 hours PIC Jet
- Ability to work on-call 24/7 and in flight within two hours of notification
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in an Aviation related field
- 10 or more years of Part 91 or 135 experience in Business Aviation
- 7000 hours total Time, 3000 hours jet, 2000 hours PIC Jet
- Recent International experience that includes north Atlantic operations
- G-450 (GV) typed or G280 typed and current
- Current Certificated Flight Instructor (CFI)
- Business Aviation operations
- Best safety practices, SMS, IS-BAO
- Aircraft FOM Procedures, limits, protocols and recommendations
- Customer service and effective/respectful communication
- Critical decision-making
- FARs, CARs, ICAO and International Operations
- Advanced flight management systems
- Arinc flight planning and FOS scheduling systems
- Office, administrative, IPad and computer technology
- Available to report to work with two-hour advance notice
- Different shifts as assigned in a 24 hour/7 days a week operation (incl working weekends)
- Hours which include rotating on-call responsibilities which may be outside standard hours
- Required to complete a background check
- Work hours may vary in length and schedule (may include a non-standard work week)
