      Description

      The Pinnacle Club is an exciting place to be! With the institution of new management, pathways have been opened for additional resources and benefits for our employees and those we serve. We are seeking servers who have a passion for hospitality and are dedicated to serving others all while having fun! We can train in food and beverage skills, but the passion and attitude that produces success is what we are looking for!

      Server will present food with proper etiquette, demonstrating hospitality and knowledge of food ingredients and beverage, help with kitchen duties as assigned, and assist in cleaning areas and resetting tables after guests exit.

      Qualifications


      Qualifications

      The ideal candidate will have some fine dining experience and knowledge of food and beverage, wines and liquors, but understanding steps of service and being genuinely kind are the most attractive qualities we are looking for. Outstanding customer service skills and outgoing personality are essential for success. Prior experience with POS system preferred. Banquet experience is helpful. Keen listening skills and a customer focus at all times is necessary.
