The Pasadena branch of Meador Staffing has partnered with a local company to add Pipe yard Helpers to their growing team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to follow both verbal and hand signal instructions to
  
• Verifies heat numbers, quantity, and complete chocking of pipe
  
• Installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit
  
• Painting, stenciling, sandblasting, coating pipes
  
• Observe all safety precautions and wear appropriate PPE at all times
  
• Cross-train on alternate assignments and perform duties in other work areas as needed
  
• Maintain Housekeeping in assigned work area
  
• Any other duties as requested by respective supervisor and/or manager
  
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  
  
• Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours and weekends (normal schedule: 50 hrs)
  
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  
• Stable work history, preferably in an industrial environmentReliable transportation
  
• Committed to working safely at all times including a commitment to the policies and procedures of the operation
  
• Positive attitude; good team player
  
  SCHEDULE: Mon - Fri 2:30pm - 11:00pm
  
  PAY: $15/hour (+ $1/hour shift differential)
