- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine pipe layout and installation requirements.
- Cut, thread, bend, and assemble pipes using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform welding operations on pipes using TIG, MIG, or stick welding methods as required.
- Inspect and test piping systems for leaks, durability, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other trades to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
- Follow safety protocols, industry standards, and company guidelines at all times.
- Troubleshoot piping issues and perform necessary repairs or modifications.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Experience in pipe installation, fabrication, and fitting.
- Proficiency in soldering, brazing, and threading.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Knowledge of plumbing and industrial construction.

Work Environment
Work on commercial construction projects with a schedule of four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday. The role involves project assignments in Columbia for a month, followed by relocation to another project for a month, and then returning to Columbia.

This is a Contract position based out of Columbia, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
