      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Digitize completed services into the GIS production database
      - Investigate and resolve customer problems related to service issues
      - Assist field personnel, contractors, and internal departments with service-related inquiries
      - Identify and research missing or incorrect information on assets in the asset management system
      - Support compliance with data requests to meet regulatory requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Valid driver's license required
      - Minimum of one year of job-related experience; two years preferred
      - Experience with asset management is required; experience with Maximo is preferred
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - GIS certification or related degree
      - Experience in the utility industry or construction
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
      - Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
      - Adaptability to a fast-moving and changing work culture
