  Guides the company on strategic Business Analytics decisions and provides advice that has a significant impact on strategic planning. Works in collaboration with business leaders to provide strategic partnership in analytics. Identifies and prioritizes opportunities for impact, develops analytic solutions, leverages data science and technology capabilities, embeds analytics-driven processes, and drives decision making and execution based on data, facts and analytical findings across different parts of the organization. Possesses industry-wide authority and represents the organization externally. Widely recognized Business Analytics expert and thought leader by both internal and external community and is responsible for the technical leadership of a major department/multiple departments across a function. Provides expert content/professional leadership on complex Business Analytics assignments/projects. Works in collaboration with business leaders to provide strategic partnership in analytics, identify and prioritize opportunities for impact, develop analytic solutions, leverage data science and technology capabilities, embed analytics-driven processes, operationalize and measure impact, to support decision making and execution based on data, facts and analytical findings across different parts of the organization. Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders. Focuses on providing thought leadership within Business Analytics but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business. Recognized internally as a subject matter expert. Expertise in Electronic Healthcare (Epic) and Value Based reporting desired. Must be proficient in Tableau Reporting Tools. Proven experience leading a data architecture model for a business intelligence team. Will be working closely with executive leadership, so having clear and concise communication is required.
