- Establishes effective scope, schedule, and cost baselines and change management to measure progress against plans and identify when corrective actions are needed
- Monitors and communications progress of projects
- Analyzes mitigation program costs and makes recommendations on cost reduction initiatives
- Manages multi-year asset management programs and projects incorporating all capital and expense adjustments
- Will develop presentations and present to multiple levels of leadership
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management for gas utility or similar industry.
- Experience in project controls, project management, program management, and portfolio management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to understand data collection requirements
- Skilled in data analysis and ability to interpret data trends, and data driven understanding of risk in the asset class
- Project design skills to assess scope, risks, effectiveness and financial impacts
- Knowledge of gas utility and field operations
- Strong and resourceful in analytical problem-solving
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Ability to stay current and anticipate future challenges and recommend appropriate action
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to forecast requirements and plan according to foreseen risks and contingencies
- Monitor and drive continual improvement in meeting asset class KPIs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Power BI
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Knowledge of gas system design and operations including gas flow, construction, contracts, and emergency response.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal operating utility or pipeline safety
- Experience in Distribution Integrity Management Program (DIMP), Transmission Integrity Management Program (TIMP), or asset management in petrochemical or related industries
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Analytics, or Business Administration. Additional degrees will be considered.
- Requires general to mature engineering knowledge while managing deviations from standard methods
- Individuals will manage the coordination of difficult and impactful assignments by utilizing new approaches to come up with solutions to unusual problems and resolving most conflicts.
- Makes decisions using established guideline, procedures and or policies.
- Will be tasked with validated and analyzing suggested approaches to medium complexity issues by junior engineering staff.
- Design materials, structures, and systems while considering the limitations imposed by practicality, regulation, safety, and cost.
- Conduct feasibly studies, resource requirements both people and materials and setting standards for both operating and development activities.
- Responsible for providing operational pipeline integrity support to capital projects in development and implementing a formal process of asset integration to operations.

Note: This position is primarily office based but will require occasionally travel to field facilities.
Job Summary : Plan, manage and track asset management programs and projects. This includes oversite of plan performance and execution on an ongoing basis. Develop and deliver programs and projects that optimize safety, reliability, and affordability for the asset class.
