      Position Overview:

      Join our team at Kinder Morgan and play a key role in shaping the present and future of North America's energy infrastructure. In this position, you will coordinate daily scheduling activities across one or more of Kinder Morgan's Central or Eastern Interstate Natural Gas pipeline assets.

      The Scheduling Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing and resolving issues related to natural gas transportation scheduling, allocations, imbalances, and overseeing daily processing activities.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Analyze and resolve issues regarding natural gas transportation scheduling, allocations, and imbalances.
      • Provide excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer issues.
      • Processes nominations and confirmations following federally mandated deadlines.
      • Work with producers, marketers, and downstream interconnects to manage/minimize imbalances.
      • Assist with processing allocations of physical flow.
      • Execute on daily commercial activities that require nominations.
      • Comply with all policies and procedures set forth by NAESB and the pipelines FERC tariff.
      • Lead special projects and contribute to testing efforts of system enhancements.
      • Maintain positive relationships with pipelines, producers, marketers and internal business owners.
      • Other duties may be assigned.
