- Prepares engineering drawings from rough sketches or from general engineering and design information according to established standards and procedures using CAD workstations, as applicable.
- Utilizes technical manuals and directives to ensure compliance with codes and Company policies.
- Compiles data, computes quantities, and prepares drawings and sketches.
- Develops layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and details as necessary for fabrication and construction.
- Applicable technical diploma or degree with little to no experience.
- Entry level design position who will be assigned to a project team responsible for completion of daily tasks.
- Familiar with basic engineering and/or design/drafting concepts.
- Able to communicate effectively with immediate supervisor and other project personnel.
- NAIT diploma
