  Client is sponsoring a weekly, three-day, experiential training event for client Ramp Service Employees at the Pit Instruction and Training facility in Mooresville, NC. This position will provide logistics support onsite for the events.
  
  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  Work under the direction of the site Administrator to set-up event logistics at the local hotel and Pit Instruction and Training facility
  Set-up include (but is not limited to):
  o Perform local shopping tasks with team members to ensure adequate supplies for event set-up.
  o Decorate banquet room for event dinners.
  o Perform coordination efforts at the Charlotte airport to ensure all incoming participants (trainees) are directed to the transportation to the hotel.
  o Arrange trainee materials for the training sessions.
  o Assist site Administrator with logistical tasks for the entire event.
  o Attend to participants logistical needs.
  o Work with site administrator to ensure participants are timely and present for event activities.
  o Support the event schedule as provided by the site Administrator or Global Learning
  Logistic Staff with officially report to United Global Learning with oversight by the site Administrator.

  Demonstrate a positive and welcoming demeanor with all event personnel
  
  TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
  Be onsite in Mooresville one day prior to the start of the event and up to three-days of the event, as scheduled.
  United will provide flight and hotel accommodation in NC for the planned events for candidate that lives more than 50 miles from the event location.
  United will reimburse mileage when a personal car is used for assignments in Mooresville.
  
  OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  Ability to travel to Mooresville, NC on a weekly basis, if not local, to support the event.
  Valid drivers license and ability to utilize personal car for minor errands while working the event.
  Local candidates (within 50 miles of the Pit Instruction and Training facility) are preferred.
