      1.0 FTE, Continuing Contract

      DESCRIPTION: Support system-wide instructional technology needs by supporting teachers with learning software implementation and troubleshooting. Act as the point person for learning software needs and communication with the district technology support team. Create and manage all CFA data sheets. Support data sheet implementation. Manage K-5 and 6-12 G&V sites. Create training materials and provide on-going training for Skyward grading in support of fair and equitable grading practices. Provide outreach and support for families with Skyward Family Access. Train teachers and instructional leaders in the responsible use of AI. Participate in Learning Walks to collect Big 6 #1 data. Manage Qualtrics Learning Walk data. Support data tracking for all district programs (Migrant, Multilingual, Title, LAP, CFA). Support Canvas, Google Classroom and Illuminate. Train administrators on effective use of Homeroom. Create and monitor Homeroom Big 6 Data Dashboard. Collaborate with District trainers, administrators and Director of Technology. Attend and present at district leadership meetings. Other duties as assigned.

      QUALIFICATIONS: Valid Washington State Certification. Bachelor's Degree plus five years of successful teaching experience required. Bilingual preferred. Strong interpersonal skills are essential. Must be a team player. Strong instructional technology skills are required for this trainer position. Proficiency with Google Site and Google Sheets is required. Experience working in Skyward Grading and Family Access, Qualtrics, and Google Classroom or the ability to quickly learn and use new learning software is strongly preferred. Solid experience in teaching adult learners and working with culturally, socially, and economically diverse students. Demonstrated effective development and facilitation of training content. Deep knowledge of, and experience with effective instructional strategies and fair and equitable grading practices. Attendance, punctuality, flexibility, teamwork, strong communication skills, and a commitment to collaboration are important functions of this position.
