Job Description

- Provide retail business reporting of key accounts and products on a weekly and seasonal basis.
- Analyze wholesale and retail business at multiple levels including style, assortment & location.
- Responsible for maintaining accuracy of data working with internal and external contacts.
- Update and analyze business plans for key accounts to achieve sales and profitability goals.
- Support global replenishment process through collaborating with internal and external partners, demand forecasting, procurement requisitions and analysis.
- Contribute to hindsight reporting and meetings.
- Develop ad-hoc analytical reports and tools to meet the changing needs of the business.
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5+ years of demonstrated related experience in Retail or Wholesale Demand Planning
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to think both strategically and execute tactically
- Ability to partner and collaborate at all levels with multiple areas of the business
- Be able to influence others based on the analysis and forecasting.
- Flexible, adaptable to changing business priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to convey point of view
- Must be proficient at creating any new reporting tools to stay ahead of our competition and accounts’ analytical expectations
- SAP experience, a plus
- Tillerman experience, a plus
- Retail planning knowledge or experience, a plus

Specific Responsibilities Would Include
Position Description:
Centric Brands is looking for a dynamic, creative, and resourceful Planner to join its Kids Apparel – Under Armour team. This individual must be a self-starter and team player who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about joining a team on a journey to accelerate transformation across Centric Brands.
The Planner will be responsible for managing planning activities for Centric Brands Kids Division’s Under Armour business for retailers across multiple tiers of distribution. The scope of this position includes retail planning and analysis, market prep, order analysis, replenishment planning and forecasting. The ideal candidate can successfully manage their own responsibilities and multi-task on special projects. This role will report directly to the Director of Planning and will collaborate cross functionally with Financial Planning, Sales, Licensing and Merchandising management.

Salary Range: $77,000-$95,000
At Centric Brands, we believe our people are our greatest asset, and we seek to structure competitive compensation offers to ensure that we are able to attract and retain the best talent. Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
