      You will be responsible for tactical and/or operational planning of components and/or finished good and/or spares and/or peripherals for a single or multiple production lines.

      you have the opportunity for handling the balance between the supply of components required for production, target inventory levels, continued/efficient production and timely delivery to customers. You will plan finished goods repairs to meet the agreed turnaround times with customers.

      You will implement and improve local supply chain master data and configuration of planning module of ERP system.

      This is, initially, a one year temporary position with aim to shifted in a permament contract

      Main Responsabilities

      1. Translates the demand plan for finished goods and/or spares and/or peripherals into a supply plan and inventory plan.

      2. Run MPS process based on loaded expected demand from S&OP cicles. Verifies the resulting production plan for FG .

      3. Prepares the monthly production plan for a specific line(s).

      4. Translates the monthly production plan into a weekly/daily bucket and negotiate a consensus with production.

      5. Follows up on the plan realization by production and correct where necessary to meet the agreed sales schedule.

      6. Communicates component shortages and due dates for production to purchase department.

      7. Challenges production capabilities (accuracy of rooting times, tools, machine capabilities, etc).

      8. Implements changes in order priorities and analyse for the impact. As a result, implement the consensus planning.

      9. Gives feedback to sales-desk on progress of the schedule. Communicates and updates delivery schedules for the coming defined period.

      10. Creates the daily materials issue plan to ensure a sufficient materials supply for the production.

      11. Assists in WIP management and WIP reduction

      12. Assist and implement specific tasks assigned by direct manager

      Requirements

      • Master degree or equivalent by experience

      • Hands on experience for operational planning of components and/or finished good

      • In depth knowledge of ERP and standard Microsoft Office programs

      • Supply Chain process knowledge

      • Make sound judgement
