Job Description

- Long term resource planning - maintain staff rosters, schedule training and manage leave
- Updating various IT systems, used for payroll and resource planning
- Generate daily reports for site managers, and upload new employees on to the payroll system
- Work through a shared inbox - responding to queries and dealing with requests
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and agencies face to face, as well as by phone and email
- Previous experience in an administration role, essential
- Strong IT skills and a confident user of basic Excel, essential
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills - calm, friendly and professional
- Organised, with the ability to quickly and accurately react to any given situation
- Previous experience within an airport would be an advantage
- Be able to provide five years address history
- Be able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
- To obtain a full airside ID

Pay Rate: £31,500
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 40 hours working week - Various Hours
Location: Luton Airport - LU2 9NUPLEASE NOTE: The role is based within an airport. You will be required to undergo a security/background check if you are to be successful for this position.
