- Strategic Inventory Planning: Own the long-term Amazon inventory strategy, aligning demand forecasting and inventory positioning to support growth goals, minimize costs, and ensure high service levels.
- Network Optimization: Design and implement strategies for transferring and staging inventory across Amazon FCs and Honeylove warehouses, prioritizing cost efficiency, speed, and customer experience.
- Data-Driven Insights: Build tools, dashboards, and models that provide forward-looking visibility into demand, capacity, and allocation needs, turning data into actionable business strategies.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential supply chain or fulfillment risks and develop contingency strategies to protect revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the strategic thought partner to Logistics, Production, Finance, and Operations, ensuring inventory strategies are integrated into purchasing, budgeting, and growth initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process innovation and operational excellence, creating scalable frameworks that allow Honeylove to expand efficiently into new products, categories, and geographies.
- Experience: 5+ years in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain strategy, with a proven ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution.
- Amazon Expertise (preferred): Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central including replenishment strategies, FBA shipment creation, AWD, Amazon Global Logistics, and network optimization.
- Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated success in developing inventory strategies that unlock growth and profitability while balancing risk and cost.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to model complex scenarios, forecast demand, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Operational Leadership: Track record of improving planning processes, reducing inefficiencies, and driving measurable cost savings.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate strategy to senior stakeholders.

About this Role
The Senior Amazon Planner will be a key architect of Honeylove’s Amazon growth strategy. This role goes beyond day-to-day inventory planning—you’ll be responsible for developing and executing forward-looking strategies that ensure optimal product availability, cost-efficiency, and scalability across Amazon’s fulfillment network.
You’ll be expected to anticipate future demand, identify risks, and design mitigation strategies while also overseeing tactical execution such as inventory transfers and replenishment flows. Reporting to the Senior Director of Planning Strategy, you’ll partner cross-functionally to align demand forecasting, logistics, and operational decisions with Honeylove’s broader business objectives guided by the Head of Amazon.
