      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administration and oversight of Federal Transit Administration grant funds
      - Grant writing and administration for Federal Transit Administration grants
      - Ensure federal regulatory compliance and provide technical assistance
      - Facilitate program development, safety compliance, data analysis, and reporting
      - Perform other duties as assigned related to the position

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in public administration, planning, economics, social sciences, or related field preferred
      - 3-5 years of experience in public transit or transportation field
      - Knowledge of federal and state laws governing transit funding and services
      - Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
      - Ability to manage workload, interpret technical information, and lead a program

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience applying for and managing transit grant applications
      - Experience in the implementation of transit services
      - Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
