      The Role
      Ventia are currently seeking expressions of interest for a Planning Support Coordinator to support the planning team to ensure compliance and delivery across a range of processes and key objectives which are aligned to agreed client deliverables.
      This role will require end to end coordination across a range of administrative and support processes, which will include work order management, management of contractor performance, records and scheduling.
      The responsibilities of the position include but not limited to:

      • Provide administration support for the management of work orders through the use of SAP.
      • Effective use of the Work Order Management system to monitor KPI compliance
      • Provision of general office management including filing, maintenance of contact registers, and other office activities
      • Act as minute taker for relevant planning meetings
      • Using Microsoft or other relevant applications and assistance to the planning team in Work Order Management system
      • Generate and distribute ad-hoc and routine reports with the use of the Work Order Management system and any client specific system and/or program

      Skills and experience:

      • Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering or Communication (desired but not prerequisite).
      • Ability to use Microsoft applications with an emphasis on at least an intermediate Excel & SQL skill level
      • Experience and demonstrated capability in SAP ( desirable )
      • At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
      • Ability to communicate with a wide range of customers
      • Strong interpersonal skills
      • Exceptional verbal and written communication
      • Ability to manage time frames and prioritise work effectively
      • Ability to adapt to changes in a rapidly evolving environment
