Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Vertretung des Leiters Controlling Standort Nordenham/Bremen in allen Angelegenheiten
Verantwortlich für den Planungsprozess der OP- und Budgetplanung sowie des Reportings für den Airbus Aerostructures Standort Nordenham
Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung eines permanenten Controlling-Prozesses und der Vernetzung aller Einflussfaktoren (Finance und Non Finance Funktionen) zur Weiterentwicklung und Performance-Verbesserung
Definition und (Weiter-) Entwicklung der existierenden Finanzsysteme (inkl. SAP) und Tools zur Vereinfachung/Verbesserung der Datenqualität und –analyse
Sicherstellung eines durchgehenden Reporting-Systems sowie des SA-relevanten Planungsprozesses der OP- und Budgetplanung für das CDT Assembly
Beurteilung der Wirtschaftlichkeit von Investitionsmaßnahmen und Projekten für den Standort Nordenham
Sicherstellung der Beratung und Unterstützung des operativen Managements in den Standorten in allen betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen (betriebswirtschaftlicher Berater/Business Partner)
Leitung von bzw. Mitwirkung in Projekten (mit Fokus auf RC Convergence, des SA und LR Ramp-Ups sowie von Nachhaltigkeitsprojekten zur Reduzierung von CO2 )
Fachliche Koordination der operativen Controlling Aktivitäten in den verschiedenen Bereichen des Standorts Nordenham
Unterstützung der zentralen Rechnungswesens bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses und Bereitstellung von Informationen an die Wirtschaftsprüfung
Schulung und Training von Mitarbeitern in betriebswirtschaftlichen Themen
Mitgestaltung an der Prozess- und Organisationsentwicklung/-verbesserung

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Allgemeiner Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzen und Controlling oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling und Projektmanagement
Erste Erfahrungen als Führungskraft wünschenswert
Ausgeprägtes analytisches und system-/fachübergreifendes Denkvermögen
Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit, Engagement, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse im SAP/R3 und MS-Office (insb. MS Excel, MS Access), Google-Tools und Web-Reporting Anwendungen
Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Job description

Deputy Head Of Plant Controlling Nordenham/Bremen
Responsible for the planning process (Operational and Business Planning) as well as reporting process (scope: Airbus Aerostructure Plant Nordenham)
Secure and develop a permanent Controlling process and circularity of various KPIs (Finance and non Finance business functions)
Definition and improvement of the existing finance systems/tools (incl. SAP) in order to increase data transparency and quality
Assessment of Business Cases (investments and projects)
Support and consulting of the operational management in the various Plant Centers in all economical questions
Leading and supporting projects with focus on RC convergence, SA and LR ramp up as well as sustainability initatives
Operational coordination of the Controlling activities of the various Plant Centers in Nordenham
Support of the central Accounting with respect ot the Year End Reporting
Support and provision of information/data to finanancial auditors
Training of finance colleagues on economical topics
Active involvement in process development initiatives

Candidate's profile

University degree in Economics, Finance and Controlling or Business/Engineering Administration
Many years of experience in Controlling and Project Management
First leadership experience
Analytical and transversal mind set
High level of autonomy, engagement, flexibility and resilience
Ability to work in teams, assertiveness and communication skills
Solid knowledge on SAP/R3&P11, MS-Office, Google Suite and Web Reporting Tools
Fluent English/German skills
