      As the Plant Director of the Blue Anchor/Hammonton, NJ facility, you’ll help lead one of Kellanova’s state-of-the art frozen manufacturing facilities. If you have a proven track record of developing winning teams, are detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities, we invite you to join us! Relocation available.

      A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

      • Creating Direction & Delivering Results: Plan or assist in planning annual or project-specific budgets, ensuring that budgets and financial performance are in accordance with business strategic initiatives; Manage overall financial performance of department, including reviewing and analyzing financial statements and data and other appropriate financial information, to monitor attainment of financial goals; Develop and implement effective cost containment/reduction strategies that result in demonstrated savings.
      • Organizing to Win & Driving Alignment: Make strategic decisions, considering immediate and long-term implications, benefits and costs, and risks associated with decision alternatives; Identify and implement new ideas, technologies, or processes to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings; Maintain an in-depth understanding of the organization's strengths, weaknesses, and resources, identifying potential organizational problems and opportunities; Monitor the execution of business plans to ensure successful completion of action plans; Set and communicate performance expectations and goals, and how these contribute to the strategy.

      Your Recipe for Success

      • Bachelor’s degree with c omprehensive managerial and technical background in a plant environment
      • Experience with leading and applying lean principles in a manufacturing environment
      • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others
      • Strong problem solving, negotiating, and decision-making skills with the proven ability to manage complex situations
      • Collaborative work style, ability to partner with leaders of other functional areas and business partners to drive overall performance
