- Competitive pay of $25-$28 per hour.
- Consistent work hours: 6 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime on Saturdays.
- Excellent benefits including profit sharing, medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Operate heavy machinery like skid steers, cranes, and man lifts.
- Step out from the controls to perform hands-on repairs and maintenance.
- Safely and efficiently unload cement material.
- Maintain all machinery to ensure smooth operations.
- Address and fix machinery issues, including emergency repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Always follow safety rules to protect yourself and your team.
- Holds a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.
- Has experience with industrial maintenance or heavy machinery.
- Is ready to do both the physical and technical work, such as fixing machines, not just operating them.
- Can maintain and repair equipment to ensure it stays in good working condition.
- Understands hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanics, and has some knowledge of electrical systems.
- Has at least a High School Diploma or GED. More technical training is a plus.
