      Plant Quality Manager

      In this context, we are seeking our future Plant Quality Manager to strengthen our team.

      Your responsibilities:

      • Develop and implement the quality policy of the site through the deployment and monitoring of quality measures and action plans defined by the plant and the Group.
      • Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers by guaranteeing the quality of products and processes within the site, a project, or a business unit.
      • Ensure the compliance of the organization and work processes with quality standards.
      • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies.
      • Train and raise awareness among teams on quality standards.
      • Act as the primary contact for internal and external audits.

      Profile sought:

      • Degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
      • Significant experience in a similar role, within the manufacturing industry.
      • Proven experience in conducting internal/external audits.
      • Mastery of quality systems, tools, and methodologies (ISO, BRCGS, control plans, SPC or statistical process control, problem-solving, Lean, Six Sigma).
      • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
      • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP).
      • Professional proficiency in English required.
        minimum of 10 years of experience for this position + fluent spoken French +
