Job Description
- Req#: 3317
- All operational training administration ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of employee training in SuccessFactors.
- Developing a rotating curriculum and administer monthly training on various topics relevant to plant operations.
- Maintains a facility-wide training schedule which includes new hire orientation, job skills training, cross-training, and any other development training.
- Updating and creation o training documents for various deparments, training timelines, checklists and maintaining the training database.
- ensuring that there is a program to successfully onboard and qualify new trainees as well as prepare current operators for promotion.
- Identify training needs to achieve organizational goals, ensuring that training content aligns with REHAU organizational goals and new market trends.
- Administrating the REHAU development system, ensuring compliance of the procedure.
- having the ability to utilize plant associates' skillsets within the training umbrella.
- 2+ years related experience
- Experience conducting/ leading training, including On-The-Job training, in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Training certification/degree or equivalent experience as a trainer.
- Preferred knowledge with Kaizan, SMED, and lean manufaturing methodologies
- Troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude beneficial
- Associates degree in Training & Development or similar – preferred
- Certified Professional in Training Management, Associate Professional in Talent Development, or similar certification – preferred
- Compelling one-to-one and group communication skills
- Strong communication and writing skills, interacting at all levels.
- Ability to effectively present information in a clear manner, demonstrate procedures and respond to questions
- Strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent organization and follow through skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of jobs associated with the manufacturing process.
