- Champion a strong safety culture by modeling best practices, reinforcing compliance, and leading regular safety initiatives.
- Plan, prioritize, and assign daily activities to optimize workflow, equipment usage, and productivity.
- Lead warehouse operations including receiving, storage, material movement, loading, and shipping with a focus on accuracy and service excellence.
- Develop team capabilities by training, coaching, and mentoring employees in operational procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations.
- Maintain accurate operational and compliance records, including employee time, inventory movement, and production activities.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational and personnel issues through collaborative problem-solving and structured follow-up.
- Conduct inspections of materials, equipment, and processes to drive quality, efficiency, and operational standards.
- Manage inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Production, and Logistics, to achieve shared business objectives.
- Conduct regular performance feedback sessions, formal evaluations, and developmental conversations to grow employee skills and engagement.
- Analyze staffing and operational performance to recommend and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen safety, quality, service, and operational excellence.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to leadership development by seeking feedback, embracing learning opportunities, and modeling professional growth for the team.
- Perform other duties and leadership responsibilities as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role within a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to understand, communicate, and execute oral and written instructions in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to build high-performing teams.
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and drive results independently.
- Commitment to continuous self-improvement and leadership development.
- Ability to physically perform climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
- Ability to sit and work at a computer or on the phone for extended periods.
- Ability to walk continuously throughout the plant and distribution center.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work extended hours, including daily overtime and occasional weekends as required.
- Visual acuity sufficient for documentation, inspections, and operational oversight.

The Warehouse Supervisor leads and develops a team of hourly warehouse employees to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This role is responsible for building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
