Position Overview

Position Objective:

To repair greige good rolls sent to the mending frame and to split rolls as needed for planning.

Essential Duties:

• Work with supervisor/warping clerk to determine what rolls are available to mend.

• Mend rolls to repair defects with correct yarn.

• Fill out Mending production log.

• Doff repaired rolls.

• Split rolls as needed on K3

• Ensure correct roll tickets are on Split rolls.

• Help identify rolls as needed by supervisor, leads and clerk

• Work with Beam tufting supervisors and warping leads and clerks.

• General Housekeeping
